font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Meditatieve yoga brengt je via eenvoudige houdingen, ademhaling en beweging in aandacht, in een diep contact met je lichaam en geest. \u00a0Bijzonder aan meditatieve yoga is, dat het de verbinding tussen je lichaam en\u00a0 geest herstelt, omdat hierin de fysieke en meditatieve aspecten van yoga samen komen. \u00a0Waardoor je een gevoel van eenheid in jezelf ervaart. Zijn in wat is,\u00a0hier en nu. Je leert omgaan met fysieke, emotionele en mentale spanningen en hoe jezelf hiervan bevrijden. Zo wordt stap voor stap innerlijk evenwicht en rust gecre\u00eberd, in je lichaam en geest. Je energie wordt weer\u00a0in balans gebracht door het ontladen van spanningen, ladingen en afvalstoffen en opladen van energie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">We nemen tijd om te \u00a0luisteren naar de taal en signalen van het lichaam, van waaruit \u00a0je zorg kan dragen voor de behoeften van jouw lichaam. Ieder volgt hierin trouw aan zichzelf haar eigen ritme. Je leert wat aarding, je energie bundelen, centreren en laten stromen betekend. Deze week is een herbronning, waarin je de \u00a0natuurlijke energiebronnen in jezelf aanspreken. De doorstroming in je lichaam komt weer op gang zodat haar vitaliteit terug komt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Tijdens deze week zal je de helende werking van Yoga leren kennen, ervaren.\u00a0Yoga werkt therapeutisch maar is geen emotionele therapie of in proces gaan. Door in het geheel van het wezen te blijven, kan de werking van dit \u2018heel zijn\u2019 nog niet ge\u00efntegreerde stukken helen. Dus het lichaam, de gevoelens, de gedachten en de zijnslaag worden als een geheel benadert. In deze zijnslaag vind een diepe helende werking plaats. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Je ontdekt je eigen zelfhelende kracht.
